A message dated May 17, 2005, was read stating the Governor has                                     
read the following resolution and has transmitted the engrossed and                                 
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                   
filing:                                                                                             
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 7 am                                                                       
    Supporting the efforts of the Department of Transportation and                                  
    Public Facilities to improve transportation to and from Juneau and
